This an ongoing project about fellowship and how we think about the objects that other people make for us.

We did not want to connect individuals through specifics but rather aimed to give a feeling of connectedness with a group of other people.

The project consisted of asking people that we knew or met or were involved in the braising & polishing to take a straight brass bar and bend it into a perfect circle. This is a difficult thing to do and requires a lot of wrestling in order to end up with even the most modest of circles circle. One might work on a part of the circle which forces other sections to distort. Some people even used tools to get quite round circles but these tools tended to mark the brass rings; maintaining their imperfection.

The final distorted circles are hung around a simple light fitting to hold space.
