A Little Tech For Your Big Ideas Ep #1: Image Recognition from Thingking on Vimeo.

A little more on Object Recognition:

The object recognition here uses a neural network, which learns and reasons in a similar way to which humans do. This technology falls under the broader umbrella of machine learning.

It provides us a robust way to detect things that have few quantifiable features, such as organic items (food, plants).

The machine can also be trained to recognise runts amongst a set of the same object. For instance, an over-ripe vs a good banana, a benign vs malignant mole or a diseased plant.

This is our first episode of "A Little Tech For Your Big Ideas".

In this series, we take a look at different technologies, their basic usage, and a possible application. We hope this series gives you a glimpse of what's possible, and how different technologies can fuel your next project.

We have many more ideas and technologies for your campaign; replying to this mail will get the conversation started
